Our Return Policy
Nobody can always make a profit on every item. Sears can't do it, and we certainly can't do it, and you can't do it. This is the non sugar-coated reality of selling.
Making a decision to buy merchandise from the internet, and not being able to "see, touch and feel" it first, is the inherent risk of the buyers. PartyDress has no idea of, or control over our customer’s decisions to purchase an item of choice.
Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description than found on the manufacturer’s fact sheet. Sometimes colors and will vary according to monitor settings.
PartyDress has taken steps in other to satisfy our customers. You have 7 days after receiving your Item to return it with the following conditions, and the terms listed below are returnable.
• Undamaged
• Wrong size
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• "like new"
• Pristine
• SALEABLE merchandise.
To qualify for a 100% merchandise refund:
Merchandise must be "received" by PartyDress no later than 7 days after our ship date.
The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.
Allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your full refund from the day we receive the return.
The following items are Not Returnable
1. NOT RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh.
2. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned shoes.
